Winterbottom’s Schoolwear have 40 years experience in designing, manufacturing and supplying school uniform. Ethical Trading is a core value of Winterbottom’s Schoolwear, who only produce garments in production facilities that meet the internationally recognised Ethical Trade Initiative Code of Practice.

Winterbottom's Schoolwear believe that fair trade is not limited to paying fair wages, but ensuring that every employee has a decent, safe working environment, works reasonable hours and receives reasonable holidays. They also believe that any employee feels able to speak up if they believe their working conditions are not as they should be.

Winterbottom's Schoolwear also do some great work in raising money for the Great North Air Ambulance, who they have been supporting for the last 2 years.

Winterbottom’s Schoolwear pride themselves on producing high quality schoolwear, which they believe can help save money buying uniforms, as their garments last a long time and will not need to be replaced, and can even be passed down the family, meaning although schoolwear from a schoolwear supplier may be more expensive than that purchased from a supermarket, it is more likely to save you money long term.
