If you would like to return a product, you can either bring the item into store, or return your items via post. If posting your returns, you need to include a returns form - please be aware that we do not cover your postage costs, but will send out exchange items free of charge. If you are posting your returns, we must receive them within the time frames mentioned below, the best policy is to notify us of your return before posting. Our Returns Policy runs in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act. Below outlines the rights you have within each timeframe after purchase.

Within 14 days: Unworn items with tags intact and proof of purchase, can be returned for a full refund.

Within 30 days: Unworn items with tags intact and proof of purchase, can be exchanged for another product or credit note.

Within 6 months: Faulty items with proof of purchase can be returned for repair or exchange on a like-for-like basis, at our discretion.

After 6 months: Manufacturers guarantee has expired and we cannot send the goods back, therefore there is nothing we can do.

Return Address: If posting, please return your parcels to the store they were dispatched from (you can find this information on the original address label)
